Marcus Garvey Library has four meeting rooms available for hire. In addition, our library spaces such as the Ground Floor Foyer and Youth Area could be hired upon request to host events, please get in touch with the library if you would like to make an enquiry.

Meeting Room 1

This is a large meeting room with capacity for 20 seated. 

Rates:

  • Community Rate: £18.50 per hour 
  • Commercial Rate: £32.65 per hour

Additional facilities are available for hire upon request:

  • Flip chart (£7)
  • Projector and screen (£20)

Meeting Room 2

This is a medium-sized meeting room with capacity for 12 seated. 

Rates:

  • Community Rate: £14.50 per hour 
  • Commercial Rate: £24.20 per hour
