Description:
Event DetailsIMPREINT is set to unveil VANITAS, an exhibition featuring two of the artist's latest collections, where he pushes the boundaries between art, history, and contemporary dialogue.
“As an artist and a human being, I felt compelled to offer a new perspective – transforming vulgarity into dignity, tragedy into hope, and horror into beauty.”
In Entartete Kunst, the artist revisits one of the most turbulent periods in art history: the Nazi regime's condemnation of so-called "degenerate art." By reimagining and reconceptualizing the visual language of that era through a modernist lens, IMPREINT transforms once-stigmatized imagery into universally accessible works. This collection not only pays homage to the resilience of artistic expression but also stands as a powerful statement on art's enduring role in shaping cultural memory.
