Description:
Event DetailsOn Remembrance Day everyone in Britain is asked to remember the sacrifices made by others during times of war. The poppy is an iconic symbol that represents sleep, peace, and death. The symbolism dates back to Roman and Greek mythology.
In our context, we use the poppy as a memorial flower to remember and honour the fallen souls of war.
Come along and make a beautiful poppy and display it on our Remembrance Day Board.
