Event DetailsFun craft activities for children aged 4 to 12 - instruction given but younger children will often need parent/carer’s assistance. Children under 9 should be accompanied by a parent/carer.
For five dates in August, the craft projects are inspired by some of the 'Ready, Set, Read' characters of the Summer Reading Challenge. However, on Sat 12th and Weds 16th the craft is related to Haringey's South Asian Heritage Month. The craft projects will revert to their more random nature on Sat 26th and Weds 30th August.
Weds 2nd August: Make a Cosmo the Cat greetings card
Sat 5th and Weds 9th August: Make a Blaze the Phoenix wand
Sat 12th and Weds 16th August: Make a Dholak (an Indian drum)
Sat 19th and Weds 23rd Aug: Make a Bruno the Bear mask
