Hornsey Library has multiple rooms and spaces available for hire. This includes The Original Gallery and Promenade Gallery. In addition, there are multiple rooms available for meetings, both small, medium and large sized.
The library spaces themselves are very versatile. With our bookshelves on wheels, we are able to create big open spaces in our libraries to accommodate events such as author talks right in the heart of the library. See details of all our rooms and spaces below.
The Original Gallery
The Original Gallery is a large space that has hosted a range of exhibitions, events and meetings. It can be hired either for a week at a time or hourly at a separate rate. For meeting or event hire, the room has capacity for approximately 100 seated depending on the room set up.
Rates:
- Community Rate: £121 per week or £14.50 per hour
- Commercial Rate: £210 per week or £32.65 per hour
The Promenade Gallery
The Promenade Gallery is available for hire per week only. It is a great space to display artwork.
Rates:
- Community Rate: £30.25 per week
- Commercial Rate: £60.50 per week
Hornsey Meeting Room 3
This small meeting room has capacity for two seated. It would be ideal for a 1-2-1 meeting. The room has a desk and two chairs.
Rates:
- Community Rate: £8.50 per hour
- Commercial Rate: £14.50 per hour
